Nomination Form

Nominations of Native Americans for the Tennessee Eagle Award may be made for acts of heroism, benevolence, social or community service, the arts, cultural preservation, education or leadership which demonstrates the highest qualities of our race and culture.

An individual may be nominated more than once, but may not receive an Eagle Award a second time for the same act.

All nominees must be residents of, and their act must have taken place in Tennessee and be verifiable.

The Best 12 will be selected.  One Award shall be post humus and go to a descendant.

Judging shall be made by the Tennessee Native American Eagle Organization and leaders of Native American Organizations across the state.

Deadline for all nominations is July 1.
